Quality inspection: Non-destructive testing (such as ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, etc.) and dimensional testing are used to conduct a comprehensive quality inspection of the brake bottom plate to ensure that it has no internal defects and meets the design standards.
Surface treatment: According to the need, the surface treatment of the brake bottom plate, such as spray painting, galvanized, etc., to improve its corrosion resistance and appearance quality.
